Outreach
Goes out on night patrols in winter, visits homes and villages, and meets people where they are.
Casework
One caseworker per person, from the first conversation to the last follow-up call.
Counselling
Trained counsellors for addiction recovery, trauma, and support for families and carers.
Legal aid
Volunteer lawyers who help survivors of abuse with protection orders, police complaints and court.
Disability services
Assessments, equipment, certificates and school support for disabled children and adults.
